We (self, spouse and 6 year old son) moved from India (Bangalore) to Heidelberg, in January 2016. It was a complex move in many ways with multiple synchronised aspects to be taken care of like timely school admission for my son, a good home, language and cultural issues etc., to be dealt with.

She was always one step ahead of us in ensuring all our concerns were resolved. For example, on home search front, she did not simply show us available apartments, but rather ‘understood’ our lifestyle, our aspirations, appropriateness of location and the first apartment she showed us was the one we live in now.

While we were busy with packing and moving between the 2 countries, she constantly kept in touch with us, and even going the extra mile to give confidence to us on how our son would enjoy being in Germany and helped us connect socially with other like-minded expats.

Even though its been couple of months since we moved, for us Martina is not a relocation expert but a dear friend whom we value. This was not about a move or assistance but a long term relationship. We are very happy and settled well and enjoying our home and everything around us simply because Martina was not just doing her ‘job’ but was helping a family feel at ‘home away from home‘.
